Clay & Stone Collective is a Dubai-based design studio and specialist rammed-earth construction company working across landscape, architecture and interiors.
Our design practice focuses on creating spaces that are grounded in nature, materiality and climate, bringing together landscape, planting, water, architecture and natural materials to create environments with a strong sense of place.
Alongside our design work, we specialise in the design and construction of rammed earth, supporting projects from early concepts and material development through samples, mock-ups, technical coordination and final execution. We also undertake selected natural lime and clay plaster finishes where these form part of a material-led project.
We collaborate with private clients, architects, landscape architects, interior designers, developers and contractors across residential, hospitality and commercial projects.
Our approach is deliberately focused: we design environments, and we build with earth.
Clay & Stone Collective recently completed a bespoke rammed-earth installation for a private residence at Eden House, The Canal in Dubai.
The work explores rammed earth as a contemporary architectural and landscape material, using its natural layering, texture and mass to create a strong connection between the built environment and the landscape.
Clay & Stone Collective was responsible for the design and delivery of the project as main contractor, including the design, material development and specialist installation of the rammed-earth works.
The project reflects our approach to working with natural materials: combining design, experimentation and craftsmanship to create something specific to its place.
